The present writ petition has been filed seeking the following relief(s):- "1(i) For issuance of an appropriate writ in the nature of certiorari for quashing the order dated 22.07.2023 passed in Anganbari Appeal No. 15/2019 passed by learned District Magistrate Lakhisarai by which learned Appellate Authority confirmed the order dated 22.8.2019 passed in Public complaint case no. 93/ 2018 passed by learned District Programme Officer Lakhisarai by which selection of petitioner for Anganbari Sevika was cancelled without appreciating the facts and circumstances of the case.

(ii) For issuance of an appropriate writ in the nature of mandamus directing the respondent authorities

Patna High Court CWJC No.12898 of 2023(2) dt.15-01-2024 2/2 not to disturb the petitioner in conducting the Anganbari Centre No. 109 and also stay the operation of impugned order dated 22.7.23 passed in Anganbari Appeal No. 15/2019 as well as order dated 22.8.2019 passed in complaint case no. 93/ 2018/ passed by respondent authorities no.2 and 3 of the writ petition."

At the outset, the learned counsel for the petitioner seeks not to press the present writ petition, however, seeks liberty on behalf of the petitioner to avail such other alternative remedies as are otherwise available under the law, including that of filing a civil suit before the learned Civil Court having competent jurisdiction, for redressal of her aforesaid grievances. Liberty so sought is granted.
