The petitioner is languishing in custody since 05.01.2015 in a case registered for the offences punishable under Sections 341, 323, 324, 307, 447 and 504 of the Indian Penal Code.

It is alleged against the petitioner that the petitioner caused injury with Dabia on the head of the informant. It is submitted by learned counsel for the petitioner that the injury has been found to be simple as gets reflected from the injury report as contained in Annexure-2.
