This application has been filed for quashing the order of cognizance dated 25.11.2015 passed in Trial No.1243 of 2015, arising out of Khusrupur P.S. Case No.104 of 2013, by the A.C.J.M.-1, Patna City for the offence under Sections 409, 420, 467, 468 and 471 of the Indian Penal Code.

Allegation has been made against the petitioner that he has misappropriated Government fund.

The defence of the petitioner cannot be looked into

Patna High Court Cr.Misc. No.20743 of 2016 (2) dt.29-09-2016 2/2 at this stage. This Court does not find any error in the order of cognizance passed by the Court below.
