2. The petitioners apprehend their arrest in connection with Paliganj P.S.Case No. 69 of 2022 instituted under Section 304B/34 of the Indian Penal Code.
3. As per the prosecution case, the marriage of the daughter of the informant was solemnized with co-accused Shrikant Manjhi about one year ago and the informant came to know from the phone that co-accused persons including the petitioner killed his daughter due to demand of dowry.

4. Learned counsel for the petitioners submits that petitioner no. 1 is father-in-law, petitioner no. 2 is sister-inlaw and petitioner no. 3 is mother-in-law of the deceased. The petitioners are in-laws of the deceased and are living separately from the husband of the deceased, who have no concern with the affairs of husband of the deceased. It is further submitted that the victim w as pregnant and died due to excess water fall from her body when she was in the way for treatment. As such the petitioners have committed no offence. The petitioners have clean antecedent and the husband of the deceased voluntarily surrendered on 04.01.2023 in the court below and since then he is in custody.
5. Learned APP for the State Opposes the prayer for anticipatory bail.

Considering the facts and circumstances of the case and submissions of the learned counsel for the parties, in the event of their arrest or surrender before the Court below within six weeks from today, the petitioners be released on bail upon furnishing bail bonds of Rs, 10,000/- ( ten thousand) with two sureties of the like amount to each
