2. The petitioner seeks bail in connection with Khagaria (Muffasil) P.S. Case No. 1044 of 2023 registered for the offence punishable under Sections 302/201/120(B) of the Indian Penal Code.

3. The allegation against the petitioner is of having participated in the killing of the deceased.

4. During the investigation, it has come that the deceased in intoxicated condition was sitting on the top of the well (bank of the well), he fell down in the well and thereafter died. The petitioner is in jail since 21.05.2024 and has clean antecedent.

5. Considering the period of custody, let the petitioner

Patna High Court CR. MISC. No.60304 of 2024(3) dt.22-11-2024 2/2 above named be released on bail, on furnishing bail bonds of Rs.10,000/- (Ten Thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of learned Chief Judicial Magistrate, Khagaria/ concerned court in connection with Khagaria (Muffasil) P.S. Case No. 1044 of 2023.
