The name of the petitioner has been given in the first information report on suspicion as allegedly, petitioner had illicit relation with the deceased.

Admittedly, none has seen the actual killing of the deceased nor in course of investigation, any witness claimed to have seen the petitioner in the company of the deceased prior to recovery of her dead body.

Considering the aforesaid facts and circumstances as well as submissions of the parties, let the petitioner be released on bail on furnishing bail bonds of Rs 10,000/- with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of the Chief Judicial Magistrate, Banka in Chandan P.S. Case no. 15/2014.
