2. The petitioner is seeking regular bail in connection with Rannisaidpur P.S. Case No. 73 of 2024 for the offences punishable under Sections 356, 379 of the Indian Penal Code.

3. The allegation against the accused persons including the petitioner is that in the way near the school, they looted the Apache Motorcycle along with two mobile phones of the informant at the point of pistol and fled away.

4. The learned counsel for the petitioner has submitted that the petitioner is innocent and has falsely been implicated in this case. He has further submitted that nothing was recovered from possession of the petitioner. The petitioner is under custody since 09.05.2024.

5. On the other hand, the learned APP has opposed the prayer for bail.

6. Considering the above-mentioned facts and circumstances, the petitioner above-named is directed to furnish bail bond after two months from today and on doing so, the court below shall release the petitioner on furnishing bail bonds of Rs.10,000/- (ten thousand rupees) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of learned Chief Judicial Magistrate, Sitamarhi in connection with Rannisaidpur P.S. Case No. 73 of 2024, subject to the condition:- (i) The petitioner shall cooperate in the disposal of trial and make himself available as and when required by the court.
