JUSTICE RAMESH KUMAR DATTA ORAL ORDER 07-01-2015 It is admitted by learned counsels for the parties that the order under contempt has been complied with in its terms. Learned counsel for the petitioner, however, submits that the calculations made with regard to the gratuity are not correct. In the aforesaid circumstances, the contempt application is dismissed.

It shall be open to the petitioner to approach the authorities of the State for rectification of the error and also take recourse to appropriate proceedings in case any grievance remains thereafter.
