That being so, for the present, no case is made out for initiating any action for contempt. That apart, if the petitioners have any grievance with regard to the manner in which the application for police protection has been rejected, the petitioners may re-agitate the matter in accordance with law before an appropriate forum, but no case for initiating a proceeding of contempt is made out.
