JUSTICE DINESH KUMAR SINGH ORAL ORDER 24-05-2016 Petitioners are apprehending their arrest in a case registered for the offences punishable under Sections 341, 504, 506, 34, Section 27 of the Arms Act and Section 3(1)(X) of the SC & ST (Prevention of Atrocities) Act.
The prosecution case is that petitioner No. 1 abused the informant by calling caste name and on protest being made the petitioners came along with the other coaccused and resorted to fire thrice in the air. It is submitted by learned counsel for the petitioners that admittedly the injury was not caused to anyone. For the occurrence of 12.02.2016 the F.I.R was registered on 22.02.2016. Though the petitioners are accused in two other cases but they are on bail in the aforesaid cases. Considering the delayed lodging of the case and the fact that no injury was caused to anyone, let the
