JUSTICE HEMANT KUMAR SRIVASTAVA ORAL ORDER 23-03-2015 Heard learned counsel for the petitioner as well as learned Additional Public Prosecutor for the State. Petitioner being husband of the opposite party no. 2 is in jail custody since 03.08.2014 in a case registered for the offences punishable under Sections 498A, 323, 342, 494, 307/34 of the Indian Penal Code and 3⁄4 of Dowry Prohibition Act. The marriage of petitioner was solemnized in the year 2007 and the present case was lodged in the year 2013. Moreover, no specific overt-act has been attributed against the petitioner.

Considering the aforesaid facts and circumstances as well as submissions of the parties, let the petitioner be released on bail on furnishing bail bonds of Rs. 10,000/- (Ten Thousand) with
