Petitioners apprehend their arrest in connection with a case registered for the offences punishable under Sections 420, 648, 471, 120(B) of the Indian Penal Code.
It is submitted on behalf of the petitioners that as per allegation they have allegedly submitted forged certificate of passing BETET examination. However, it is submitted that the petitioners have not been appointed on the basis of such certificate and similarly situated persons have been granted bail by a Bench of this Court vide order dated 26.06.2014 passed in Cr.
Patna High Court Cr.Misc. No.36803 of 2014 (2) dt.20-02-2015 2/2 Misc. No.17059 of 2014, a copy of which has been produced at the time of hearing.
Having regard to the facts and circumstances of the case, the petitioners are ladies and two of the co-accused, namely, Priyanka Kumari and Rani Bharti have already been enlarged on bail as stated above, let the abovenamed petitoners, namely, Lalita Devi, Bebee Kumari and Reena Kumari, be released on bail in the event of arrest/surrender before the court below within a period of six weeks from today in Shankarpur P.S. Case No.90 of 2013 on furnishing bail bonds of Rs.10,000/- (Ten Thousand Rupees) each with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of C.J.M., Madhepura, subject to the conditions laid down under subsection (2) of Section 438 of the Code of Criminal Procedure.
