Petitioner happens to be husband of the deceased but admittedly, none has seen actual killing of the deceased. Moreover, in course of investigation, the informant in further statement, recorded at paragraph-3 of the case diary, stated that the petitioner was residing along with the deceased at Kanpur and subsequently, the other witnesses stated that the deceased was killed at Kanpur.

Considering the aforesaid facts and circumstances as well as submission of the parties, let the petitioner named above, be released on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs 10,000/- (ten thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each in
