Petitioner seeks bail in Nasriganj P.S. Case No.113 of 2019 instituted for the offence under Section(s) 364-A, 120B/34 Indian Penal Code. Counsel for the petitioner submits that petitioner is step maternal-uncle of the informant. He has been implicated in this case due to enmity. It is mentioned in the impugned order that victim Neeraj was recovered for which information was given to the police.

In the written report, there is no specific allegation of overt act against petitioner. Call was made from different mobile phone.

Petitioner is in custody since 09.06.2019.
