Heard learned counsel for the petitioner and learned A.P.P. for the State.

The petitioner seeks bail in a case registered for the offences punishable under Sections 365 and 366 of the Indian Penal Code.

Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that petitioner is a person with clean antecedent and is in custody since 28-6-2024 and has been falsely implicated in the instant case by the informant for the reason that he is brother of Rajeev Kumar against whom it is alleged that he forcibly abducted the wife of the informant.

Learned A.P.P. for the State opposes the prayer for bail of the petitioner.

Case No. 06 of 2023.
