Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that the petitioner is the Pramukh and the informant is a Member of the Panchayat Samiti who is alleged to have resigned from the Samiti but contests the same. It is as a fall out of political differences that this case has been lodged, inter alia, alleging that his letter of resignation is forged. The petitioner called his caste name and abused.
