The petitioners, ten in number, apprehend their arrest in Mahua P.S. Case No. 485/15 registered under Sections 304(B)/34 of the Indian Penal Code.
The father of the deceased alleged that his daughter was married to Chandan Kumar Sao but after marriage all the family members started demanding dowry and they all killed his daughter. It is submitted that the marriage of the deceased with
Patna High Court Cr.Misc. No.22011 of 2016 (2) dt.09-08-2016 2/2 Chandan Kumar Sao was solemnized six years ago. The informant, in his further statement, stated that the marriage was solemnized six years ago. The deceased has a son. The deceased died as she got accidental fire. It is submitted that the petitioners are father-in-law, mother-in-law, brothers-in-law, sisters-in-law of the deceased and they have no manner of concern with the family affairs of the deceased. The informant filed a petition that after coming to know the true facts, he filed a compromise petition.
Considering the facts that the petitioners are in-laws of the deceased and after six years of marriage the deceased died of burn injuries but no specific allegation is made against the petitioner, the above named petitioners, in the event of their arrest or surrender before the learned court below within a period of four weeks from the date of receipt / production of a copy of this order, are directed to be enlarged on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs. 10,000/- (Ten thousand) each with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of the learned Chief Judicial Magistrate, Vaishali at Hajipur in Mahua P.S. Case No. 485/15, subject to the conditions as laid down under Section 438(2) of the Code of Criminal Procedure.
