Heard learned counsel for the petitioner and the learned APP for the State.
The petitioner apprehend his arrest in connection with Kargahar (Barahari O.P) P.S. Case no. 136 of 2021 registered under sections 341, 323, 307, 354 and 379/34 of the Indian Penal Code.
As per allegation, the present petitioner along with coaccused Upendra Singh and Lakhan Singh assaulted Deventi Devi.
Learned counsel for the petitioner has submitted that
Patna High Court CR. MISC. No.66281 of 2021(2) dt.01-06-2022 2/2 there is case and counter case. The injury sustained by Deventi Devi is simple in nature and the petitioner has no criminal antecedents.
Considering the above mentioned facts and circumstances, the petitioner above named, in the event of arrest or surrender within four weeks from today, is directed to be released on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs 10,000/- with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of Sri S.K. Mishra, Judicial Magistrate, Ist Class, Sasaram, Rohtas in connection with Kargahar (Barahari O.P) P.S. Case no. 136 of 2021 subject to condition as laid down under section 438(2) Cr.P.C.
Office shall ensure that all defects are removed by the petitioner within the stipulated time mentioned hereinabove, failing which the matter shall be brought to the notice of this Court.
