The petitioner apprehends his arrest in Dehri Town P.S. Case No.1059 of 2017 registered under Sections 365 and 366 of the Indian Penal Code.

The informant alleged that the petitioner kidnapped his daughter but the victim herself made her statement under Section 164 of the Cr.P.C. and she disclosed that she voluntarily went along with the petitioner and she returned only because the petitioner wanted to convert her religion.

Having considered the fact that the victim is a major girl and she herself disclosed that she voluntarily went along with the petitioner, above named petitioner, in the event of his arrest or surrender before the learned court below within a period of four weeks from the date of receipt/production of a
