This application for grant of anticipatory bail arises out of Wazirganj P.S. Case No. 453 of 2015, disclosing offences under Sections 395,397 and 412 of the Indian Penal Code. In view of the fact that the petitioner has criminal antecedent, inasmuch as, he is an accused in a case punishable under Sections 302/120B of the Indian Penal Code, I am not inclined to grant him the privilege of anticipatory bail. This application is rejected.

The petitioner is directed to surrender before the Court below within four weeks from today and seek regular bail, if so

Patna High Court Cr.Misc. No.22142 of 2016 (3) dt.12-07-2016 advised. If he does so, his application for regular bail shall be considered on its own merit, without being prejudiced by rejection of present application for grant of anticipatory bail. (Chakradhari Sharan Singh, J) ArunKumar/- U
