As has been claimed by the petitioner as well as in the order of this Court, the petitioner has been found to be working for the period 22.9.1998 to 25.9.1998 and from 23.4.1999 to 17.11.1999. Accordingly, for the aforesaid period, the amount of salary has been calculated to the tune of Rs. 28,090/- and, accordingly, the pay-order has been raised in the name of the petitioner of the State Bank of India and the details of his entitlement is also attached with the letter dated 16.12.2016.

Let this pay-order be handed over to the learned counsel

Patna High Court CWJC No.15725 of 2013 dt.20-12-2016 for the petitioner and the photocopy of the letter dated 16.12.2016 with the breakups as also copy of the pay-order issued by the State Bank of India be kept on record for future reference. In view of the above, there is no need to proceed further. If the petitioner has still any grievance, he may raise the same before the authority concerned who will take a decision in accordance with law.

With the aforementioned observation, this writ application is disposed of.
