The petitioner seeks bail in a case registered under sections 395, 379 of the Indian Penal Code.

Petitioner has misused the privilege of bail and consequently his bail bond was cancelled on 24.03.2011. Petitioner was declared absconder on 18.04.2012. Petitioner is in jail since 09.01.2014. Petitioner has already remained in jail for 13 months. Considering the aforesaid facts, the above named petitioner is directed to be enlarged on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs. 10,000/- (ten thousand) with two sureties of like amount each to the satisfaction of Additional Sessions Judge,-11, Lakhisarai in Sessions Case no. 813 of 2008 arising out of Lakhisarai P.S.
