The petitioner seeks bail in connection with Complaint Case No. 207C/2010 dated 18.03.2010 instituted for the offences under Sections 498A, 323 and 504 of the Indian Penal Code. Twice, notices were sent to the complainant/opposite party no. 2. On the second occasion, the notice was received by the sister of respondent no. 2.

The learned counsel for the petitioner has also drawn the attention of this Court to the contents of I.A. Petition 2675/2017 which indicate that respondent no. 2 has not been attending the court in connection with her complaint and in fact,

Patna High Court Cr.Misc. No.32919 of 2017 (4) dt.21-12-2017 2/2 has married with one Sonu Jaiswal and has also given birth to a child from the aforesaid marriage.

The petitioner is in custody since 07.06.2017. Regard being had to the aforesaid facts, the petitioner above named is directed to be released on bail on his furnishing bail bond of Rs. 10,000/- (Ten Thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of the learned Sub Divisional Judicial Magistrate, Madhepura in connection with Complaint Case No. 207C/2010.
