It has been submitted on behalf of petitioners that it happens to be a case of joint possession. Only 6 Kilograms of Ganja has been recovered from the house of these petitioners and so petitioners should be released on bail.
Learned APP opposed the prayer for bail.
On getting confidential information, police conducted raid at the house of the petitioners who are full brothers and 6 Kilograms of Ganja has been recovered therefrom. Accordingly, prayer for bail is rejected.
