ABHISHEK REDDY ORAL ORDER 19-10-2023 Even though the learned counsel appearing on behalf of the petitioner has argued at length, this Court is not inclined to entertain the present writ petition as the petitioner has already received a Show Cause Notice asking him to file his explanation.

2. Learned counsel appearing on behalf of the petitioner has stated that petitioner has not filed his explanation till date and seeks time for filing explanation to the said Show Cause Notice.

3. Having regard to the same, the present writ petition is disposed off directing the petitioner to file his explanation within a period of three weeks from the date of receipt of copy

Patna High Court CWJC No.12841 of 2023(2) dt.19-10-2023 2/2 of this order. On receipt of the said explanation, the authority concerned shall pass a reasoned order in accordance with law. The entire exercise shall be completed within a period of eight weeks from the date of receipt of a copy of this order.

4. It is made clear that before passing any order, the petitioner shall be given an opportunity of hearing. Any order passed shall be communicated to the parties.

5. With the above direction, the present writ petition stands disposed off.
