Having regard to the admitted position that the petitioner facing prosecution for the offence punishable under Section-498A of the Indian Penal Code is the husband and was not given the privilege of anticipatory bail by the Sessions Judge in his order dated 11.07.2014 passed in A.B.P. No. 796 of 2014 primarily because he did not comply the terms and conditions of the earlier order dated 31.3.2014 in A.B.P. No. 1726 of 2013 granting him anticipatory bail and did not surrender within two weeks in the court below as directed by the Sessions Judge, this Court also does not now find any reason to grant the privilege of anticipatory bail to the

The prayer for anticipatory bail of the petitioner is hereby rejected.
