Mr. Raj Kamal for the Maithali Academy ( for short 'the Academy') submits that earlier payment made to the petitioner was against the arrears of salary. The Academy has now calculated the admissible dues payable to the petitioner under the head(s) gratuity and leave encashment. A crossed cheque

Patna High Court MJC No.3324 of 2014 (8) dt.16-09-2015 2/2 bearing no. 882126 issued in favour of the petitioner and drawn on S.B.I. Srikrishnapuri Branch for a sum of Rs. 3,33,533/- (Three lakhs thirty three thousand five hundred and thirty three) has been handed over to the counsel for the petitioner. Considering the aforesaid as also the order which this Court passed on the writ petition in my view the order has been substantially complied with. If the petitioner has any grievance with regard to the deficient payment under any head, it will be open to him to ventilate the same before the appropriate authority of the Academy.
