2. The petitioner apprehends his arrest in connection with Gandhi Maidan P.S. Case No. 616 of 2024 registered for the offence under Sections 318(4), 338, 336(3), 340(2), 324(5), 3(5) of the B.N.S.

3. As per the prosecution case, the petitioner is alleged to have involved in manipulating of government records.

4. Learned counsel for the petitioner has submitted that the petitioner is innocent and he has falsely been implicated in this case.

5. Learned APP for the State has opposed the application of the petitioner and has submitted that the deed 4170 which the petitioner claimed to be executed by his father

Patna High Court CR. MISC. No.61123 of 2025(6) dt.05-05-2026 2/3 actually did not exist. He also submits that the two member committee conducted an inquiry and clearly observed that the employees working in Record Room after 17.07.2023 were suspected to be involved in incident of damaging and forging the records particularly related to deed 4170 Volume 100 year 1982 page- 162-167.

6. Considering the nature of allegation, this Court is not inclined to grant anticipatory bail to the petitioner.

7. Accordingly, this application for anticipatory bail is dismissed.

8. The petitioner is directed to surrender in the Court below within four weeks from today and pray for regular bail failing which the Senior Superintendent of Police, Patna will take all steps for arrest of the the petitioner.

9. In case, the petitioner surrenders within four weeks and prays for regular bail then the regular bail application of the petitioner shall be considered by the concerned Court below on its own merits.

10. Let a copy of this order this order be communicated to the Senior Superintendent of Police, Patna through FAX for its compliance.
