This application has been filed on behalf of the petitioner for modification in the order dated 30.06.2017 passed in Criminal Misc. No. 23940 of 2017, whereunder the petitioner has been granted bail, with regard to date of surrender of the petitioner as 06.02.2017.

Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that due to wrong mentioning of the date of surrender i.e. 06.02.2016 in place of 06.02.2017, the same has been typed in the order dated 30.06.2017 passed in Criminal Misc. No. 23940 of 2017, which should have been as 06.02.2017.

In view of the submission of the learned counsel for the petitioner, in the order dated 30.06.2017 passed in Criminal

Patna High Court Cr.Misc. No.33300 of 2017 (2) dt.19-07-2017 2/2 Misc. No. 23940 of 2017, the date of surrender of the petitioner be read as "06.02.2017" in place of 06.02.2016.

With the aforesaid modification in the order dated 30.06.2017 passed in Criminal Misc. No. 23940 of 2017, this application stands disposed of.
