The petitioner is in custody since 22.05.2019 in connection with Purushottampur P.S. Case No. 40 of 2019 registered for the offence punishable under Sections 30(a) of the Bihar Prohibition and Excise Act, 2016.
Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that the alleged recoveries were not from the conscious possession of the petitioner, but from the bag. It is further submitted that the petitioner has no criminal antecedents.
In view of the aforementioned facts and circumstances, let the petitioner above named be released on bail, on furnishing bail bonds of Rs.10,000/- (Ten Thousand)
