In this case, petitioners are seeking anticipatory bail in Kharik P.S. Case No. 92 of 2014 for offences under sections 302/34 of the Indian Penal Code and Section 27 of the Arms Act. Allegation has been made of resorting firing whereupon the victim received bullet injury and ultimately he died.
