Heard the learned counsel for the petitioner and the learned A.P.P. for the State.

This is an application for grant of anticipatory bail in connection with Beldaur PS case no. 132 of 2023, registered for the offences punishable under Section 364/34 of the Indian Penal Code.

After some arguments, the learned counsel for the petitioner seeks not to press the present petition, however, seeks liberty on behalf of the petitioner to surrender before the learned court of Judicial Magistrate 1st class, Khagaria within a period of four weeks from today and avail the privilege of regular bail, nonetheless, seeks a direction upon the learned trial court to consider and dispose off the regular bail petition, to be filed by the petitioner, in accordance with law, on the very same day. It
