The sole petitioner, who is in custody since 22.5.2017 in Banka P.S. Case No. 270 of 2017 registered for the offence under Section 30(a), 35(c) of the Bihar Prohibition And Excise Act , 2016 has prayed for grant of bail .

It was submitted by learned counsel for the petitioner that one Bolero was intercepted by the Police from which huge quantity of Indian make foreign liquor was recovered. In the case all the accused persons fled away however , petitioner who was in market was apprehended by the Police.
