2. The relief sought by the petitioner in the present writ application stands substantially redressed with issuance of office order dated 11.01.2017 by the Chairman, Bihar Sanskrit Shiksha Board, Patna.

3. The petitioner had questioned the Constitution of

Patna High Court CWJC No.14537 of 2014 dt.29-03-2017 Managing Committee of Sri Ram Charitra Balika Sanskrit Prathmik Sah Madhya Vidyalaya, Bokanekala, Patahi, East Champaran. The Constitution of the said Committee has been held to be illegal by the said office order.

5. I do not find any reason to declare all actions of the erstwhile Committee to be illegal in the present proceeding. It will be, however, open to the Adhoc Committee constituted in the light of the order passed by the Chairman of the Board dated 11.01.2017 to reconsider or review the decisions taken by the erstwhile Committee on case to case basis, if permissible, after following due procedure of law.

6. With this observation, this application stands disposed of.
