2. The petitioner is in custody since 30.04.2017 in connection with Trial No. 2487 of 2017 arising out of Sahebganj P.S. Case No. 109 of 2017 for the offences alleged under Section 414 of the Indian Penal Code and Section 25(1-b) a/26 of the Arms Act.

3. It is submitted that the petitioner has been falsely implicated in connection with recovery of one country made pistol and three live cartridges.

4. Having regard to the nature of the accusations and gravity of the offence alleged, this Court is not inclined to grant the privilege of bail to the petitioner at this stage. The bail petition stands dismissed.
