Petitioner is in jail custody since 17.08.2014 in a case registered under Sections 395/397 of the Indian Penal Code. It has been submitted that except confessional statement of co-accused Mritunjay Kumar, there is nothing against the petitioner. The co-accused Mritunjay Kumar has already been granted bail vide order dated 30.02.2015 passed in Cr. Misc. No. 37774 of 2014.
