The petitioner is languishing in custody since 28.08.2015 in a case registered for the offences punishable under sections 341, 323, 498A, 435, 426 and 504 of the Indian Penal Code.

Prosecution case is that the petitioner in inebriated condition came, assaulted the informant and put the household articles on fire.

It is submitted by learned counsel for the petitioner that in fact the informant herself does not want to live with the petitioner, hence, maliciously lodged the present case. The investigation has already been concluded.

Considering the aforesaid facts, let the above
