The petitioner seeks regular bail in connection with Atari P.S. Case No.11 of 2017 registered for the offence under Sections 395/397 of the I.P.C.

Earlier prayer for bail of the petitioner was rejected vide Annexure-1 to this petition with observation that " petitioner may renew his prayer for bail, once the informant is examined in this case.

Submission of the learned counsel for the petitioner is that other co-accused have been enlarged on bail by the trial court itself.

Having heard both sides and in such view of the matter, I
