The petitioner apprehends his arrest in Brahampur P.S. Case No. 138/2018, instituted for the offences punishable under Sections 406, 420, 467, 468, 471 and 34 of the Indian Penal Code.

The complainant/informant has filed the instant case making allegation that when the informant went to repay the remaining amount i.e. Rs. 2,48,645/-, she came to know that total amount to be paid had been shown as Rs. 6.51 lakhs and later on by committing forgery the said amount has been enhanced up to Rs. 8.75 lakhs and the company has taken back the said truck of

Learned counsel for the petitioner has submitted that the informant had taken loan from Shriram Transport Finance Company Limited for purchasing a Truck. There was outstanding dues with the company, which she was unable to repay, therefore the vehicle was taken back from the informant. The petitioner is Branch Manager of the aforesaid finance company. Considering the facts and circumstances of the case, the prayer for anticipatory bail of the petitioner is allowed. In the event of surrender/arrest of the petitioner, named above, within six weeks from today, in connection with Brahampur P.S. Case No. 138/2018, he shall be released on anticipatory bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs.

10,000/- (Ten Thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of the learned Chief Judicial Magistrate, Buxar, subject to the conditions as laid down under Section 438(2) of the Cr.P.C.
