Petitioner is apprehending his arrest in connection with Special Case no.4108 of 2019 arising out of P.R.No.46/2019 , registered for offences punishable under Section 30 (a) of the Bihar Prohibition and Excise Act.
Prosecutions story is that the police got information that some persons are engaged in the liquor trade on that information intercepted one motorcycle and arrested two persons and from the motorcycle 6.840 lts. of foreign liquor has been removed. Petitioner happens to be father of the arrested accused persons and owner of the motorcycle.
Submission of the learned counsel for the petitioner is that the petitioner has no criminal antecedent.

Having heard both sides and in view of the facts and circumstances, as stated above, let the petitioner, above named, in the event of arrest or surrender before the learned court below, be released on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs.25,000/- (Twenty Five Thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of the learned Special Judge, Excise, Patna in connection with Special Case No.4108 of 2019 arising out of P.R.No.46 of 2019, subject to conditions as laid down under Section 438 (2) of the Code of Criminal Procedure.
