The petitioner has preferred this application for grant of regular bail in a case registered under sections 308, 341, 323, 324, 325, 379, 427, 504, 506 and 34 of the Indian Penal Code. As per the prosecution case, on the altercation between the parties, it is stated that the petitioner assaulted the informant with a hasuli causing injuries.

It is submitted by learned counsel for the petitioner that the petitioner has been falsely implicated in the case. The manner of occurrence is other than what has been described in the F.I.R. Even accepting the allegations in the F.I.R., from perusal of the injury report (Annexure-3) of the informant, it would transpire that the injury which may be attributed to the

Heard learned A.P.P. for the State.

Having heard learned counsel for the parties and taking into consideration the allegations in the F.I.R., the contents of the injury report, the petitioner having remained in custody for 8 months and chargesheet having been submitted in the case, the Court directs the petitioner to be enlarged on bail in connection with Kotwa P.S. Case no.331 of 2019 on furnishing bail bond of Rs.10,000/ (Rupees Ten Thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of the learned Chief Judicial Magistrate, East Champaran, Motihari.
