1. Heard learned counsel for the petitioners and learned A.P.P. for the State.

2. The present application has been filed for modification of the order dated 19.03.2024 passed in Cr. Misc. No. 71207 of 2023 whereby the present petitioners have been granted the privilege of anticipatory bail subject to the condition that the petitioners shall surrender before the learned court below within a period of four weeks from the date of order.

3. Learned counsel for the petitioners submits that the petitioners could not surrender and furnish bail bonds within

Patna High Court CR. MISC. No.62046 of 2024(2) dt.30-08-2024 2/2 time since the petitioners work outside Bihar under a contractor who did not grant leave due to exigencies of work. He accordingly prays for further two weeks time to surrender before the learned District Court.

4. Having regard to the submissions made on behalf of the petitioners, let the time granted by this Court to surrender before the learned court below by order dated 19.03.2024 passed in Cr. Misc. No. 71207 of 2023 be extended by further two weeks from today subject to the condition that the petitioners shall deposit Rs. 2,000/- before the District Legal Services Authority, Supaul.

5. Accordingly, this application is allowed to the extent indicated above.
