In terms of the guidelines for the selection of Anganwadi Sevika, if the petitioner was aggrieved by the selection process, she should have approached the Collector in the matter. A statement is made by learned counsel for the petitioner that she has sent representations by post to the Collector and the Commissioner but it appears that no proper complaint was made to the Collector in terms of the guidelines. The writ application is, accordingly, dismissed

Patna High Court CWJC No.16603 of 2008 (2) dt.18-09-2015 with liberty to the petitioner to pursue her remedy before the appropriate authority in terms of the guidelines. In case, the petitioner files any such application before the Collector, Nawadah within a period of four weeks from today, then the Collector, Nawadah shall consider and dispose of the same after hearing the necessary parties within a period of three months thereafter.
