The petitioner seeks anticipatory bail in connection with Nawada Town P.S. Case No.196 of 2017, registered for offences punishable under Sections 147, 148, 149, 341, 327, 307, 353, 188, 283, 337, 427, 435, 153 (A) of the Indian Penal Code.

As per F.I.R., allegation against the petitioner along with other accused persons is that due to dispute between two communities they created havoc and damaged the shop as well as glasses of some vehicles and upon intervention of police, they also obstructed the police in discharging their duty for maintaining law and order.

Submission of the learned counsel for the petitioner is that no specific allegation has been attributed against the petitioner and the petitioner was not present on the alleged date

Learned A.P.P. opposes the prayer for bail.

Having heard both sides and in view of the facts and circumstances, as discussed above, let the petitioner, above named, in the event of his arrest or surrender, be released on anticipatory bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs. 25,000/- (Twenty five thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each in connection with Nawada Town P.S. Case No.196 of 2017 to the satisfaction of learned Chief Judicial Magistrate, Nawada, subject to the conditions as laid down under Section 438 (2) of Cr.P.C. with condition that one of the bailors of the petitioner shall be a local person having sufficient immovable property within the jurisdiction of the concerned court.
