The petitioner seeks bail in a case under Section 307 and other sections of the Indian Penal Code.

The petitioner did not appear in court in the year 2010 and consequently his bail bond was cancelled on 17.02.2012. The petitioner was arrested on 09.03.2015. The petitioner has already remained in jail for about 11⁄2 months for misuse of the privilege of bail in a case under Section 307 and 353 of the Indian Penal Code.

Considering the fact that the case is very old and the petitioner has already remained in jail for sufficient time, the above named petitioner is directed to be enlarged on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs. 10,000/- (Ten thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of the learned
