There happens to be allegation of recovery of 130 litre of toddy along with cash appertaining to Rs.4,130/-, empty gallon and for that petitioner happens to be under custody since 13.05.2016 having no criminal antecedent as is evident from para-3 of the petition.

Accordingly, petitioner Prabhu Chaudhary is directed to be released on bail on furnishing bail bonds of Rs.10,000/-(ten thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each, to the satisfaction of learned Chief Judicial Magistrate, Patna in connection with Complaint Case No.286(C-2) of 2016.
