JUSTICE ANIL KUMAR UPADHYAY ORAL ORDER 22-08-2019 Heard learned counsel for the petitioner and learned learned Additional Public Prosecutor for the State. The petitioner is in custody in connection with Kesariya P.S. Case No. 237 of 2019 for the offenses under Sections 341, 498A, 323 of the Indian Penal Code and 3⁄4 of the Dowry Prohibition Act.

Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that marriage took place 10 years back and the petitioner is ready to keep his wife with full dignity and honour.

Considering the fact that the petitioner is ready to keep his wife, let the petitioner, above named, be enlarged on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs. 10,000/-(Ten Thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of the Chief Judicial Magistrate, East Champaran at Motihari in

Patna High Court CR. MISC. No.51636 of 2019(2) dt.22-08-2019 2/2 connection with Kesariya P.S. Case No. 237 of 2019. After release the court below shall refer the matter to the mediation center for amicable settlement of the dispute between the husband and wife.
