3. The present writ petition has been preferred for the following relief(s):

(i) For payment of compensation of the residential rate, place land acquired Khata No. 1088, Khesra No. 14122, Anumandal Pupri, Anchal Sursand are Sri Khandi Bhitta Paschmi, Purvi, Mauza Srikhandi Bhitaa, P.S. No.49.

(ii) For payment only paid dated 03.05.2025 amount 3,05,000 (Three lakhs and five thousand) rupees any paid but

Patna High Court CWJC No.12963 of 2025(2) dt.18-08-2025 2/2 boundary of wall construction compensation amount not paid in petitioner.

4. After some argument, learned counsel for the petitioner submits that he shall be approaching the appropriate respondent for the redressal of the grievance.

5. Granting said liberty, the writ petition is disposed of.
