Petitioner is in jail custody since 15.2.2015 in a case registered under sections 25 (I-B) A, 26 (2) and 35 of the Arms Act. Taking into consideration that the petitioner does not have any criminal antecedent and alleged recovery has been made from the house of the petitioner and not from the conscious possession of the petitioner, let the petitioner be released on bail on furnishing bail bonds of Rs 10,000/- with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of the Chief Judicial Magistrate, Buxar in Buxar (T) P.S. Case no. 75/2015.
