Foreign liquor weighing 3.615 liters of different brands were seized along with apprehension of petitioner on 03.04.2016 who is under custody since 05.04.2016.

Furthermore, as per para-3 petitioner has got no criminal antecedent.

Accordingly, petitioner Deepak Ram @ Deepak Kumar Ram, is directed to be released on bail on furnishing bail bonds of Rs.10,000/-(ten thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each, to the satisfaction of learned Chief Judicial Magistrate, Bhagalpur in connection with Kotwali (Adampur) P.S. Case No.146 of 2016, subject to condition that future involvement of petitioner in such kind of activity will disentitled to enjoy the privilege of bail.
